It's short notice, but the opportunity just couldn't be missed! Meeting – Wednesday, January 26, 2005, 7 to 9 PM!!! There will be a meeting of the Riverside/San Bernardino Chapter of the California Native Plant Society on January 26, 2005. Fortunate circumstances enable this program, even though it is off our "usual" bi-monthly schedule! Come and get the information and answers to take advantage of our recent spectacular rains! Speaker:Barbara Eisenstein Program: Horticultural Resources Barbara Eisenstein will speakabout the new RSABG California Native Plant Garden Hotline and Outreach Program. The program, made possible by funding from Metropolitan Water District, represents a major effort to inform the general public, and horticultural and landscape professionals in order to facilitate the increased use of native plants in residential and public landscapes throughout southern California. Location: Riverside Corona Resource Conservation District Offices, Bldg F. 4500 Glenwood Dr, Riverside. From the 91 Fwy, exit at 14th St and go west toward Mt Rubidoux, through Evergreen Cemetery, turn left onto Glenwood and then into the second (southern) gate.
